Overview
"Highway Blossom" is a short Jurassic story set in the American Southwest. After a gold rush prospector's old diary is discovered, a nationwide craze begins as would-be prospectors attempt to unravel the cryptic clues it contains and discover the miner's hidden treasure. Amber, I don't care. Traveling through the Midwest in an inherited RV, she mourns the loss of her grandfather, completely unaware of the hunt taking place around her. It's only when she meets Marina, a young traveler hitchhiking through the deserts of New Mexico, that things begin to look up.
